Siway High Temperature RTV Silicon Gasket Maker Silicone Sealant for Car is a one component, acetoxy cure, 100% RTV silicone rubber sealant that is a ideal for bonding, waterproofing and insulating most materials. It can be used for making gaskets on engine parts, cars, motorcycles, appliances, power yard equipment and more.
Siway High Temperature RTV Silicon Gasket Maker Silicone Sealant for Car is designed for Automobile production of bonding and sealing. This product is a one component RTV Silicone sealant, curing completely without odor release. Acid & Neutral solidified into elastic rubber strip after full cure. It's used for in engine,high-temp pipe system, gearbox, carburetor etc.
 

 

Directions for use

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry ad grease-free. Remove all grit, oil, grease, detergents, flaking paint, any loose materials and old sealant.
2. Unscrew the tip of the nozzle and ink cartridge. Screw the nozzle onto the ink cartridge.
3. Squeeze the hose directly and slowly to make the glue flow out slowly
4. If required smooth and shape sealant with spatula dipped in mild detergent.
5. Remove excess uncured sealant with a mineral turpentine soaked cloth. Fully cured excess sealant an be removed by trimming with a sharp knife.

Application Tips

1.To obtain a smooth and neat finish, apply masking tape and remove before sealant cres.
2.Paint surfaces completely before applying sealant.
3.Before processing, observe the instructions in our product leaflets and safety data sheets.

Ensure good ventilation if used indoors.
Contact of unvulcanized silicone sealant with eyes and mucous membranes must be avoided as this will cause irritation.
Prolonged contact with eyes, flush with water and consult physician if necessary.
Keep out of reach of children.
